All sales are final! 

Order cancellations 
-Romanbeautyllc does NOT accept order cancellations before or after the product has shipped! If you do decide to change your mind on a product or ordered the wrong item you must contact Roman beauty via email immediately. 


 Insufficient address                                                    -If you have mistakenly typed in the wrong address or did not add your apt/Unit # etc, please contact us via email (romanbeautyllc@gmail.com) immediately before we confirm your order. If we have already shipped out your package and received it back, you must pay additional shipping fee if you still decide on keeping your purchase. If you do change your mind we will refund your money back into your account. 

Allergies                                                                         -Romanbeautyllc is not responsible for any allergies/ injuries. Every product has ingredients listed in the description. Our team makes sure the area is super clean and sanitized before shipping out each order. 

Lost packages 
-Roman beauty is not responsible for any lost packages! 

-If you do come across your package not being delivered but your package does say deliver, you must contact the shipping company and file a claim. If that still is not enough email us proof that you did try to contact the carrier and no solution has worked out and we can negotiate a resolution. 


Damaged packages 
-If an item is damaged, please email us a picture of the item and you choose to either receive a full refund or we can ship out a new one! 


Wrong items 
-If you have received the wrong items in your package email roman beauty and send proof of your order with your order number and a photo. You may keep the old items and will still receive your correct order.
